The PCL team removed the existing concrete and wood decking and rebuilt the space with a composite deck featuring modern black railings and built-in lighting. A custom cedar pergola defines the seating area while adding structure and warmth. The surrounding landscape includes a natural stone walkway, decorative gravel beds, and a basalt column water feature for a calm focal point.
Work also extended to the front of the home, where a new concrete walkway and expanded driveway improve function and curb appeal.
