PCL provides professional landscape maintenance services for commercial and residential properties in Whatcom and Skagit counties. We are looking for a Lead Landscape Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance crews and ensure high-quality service for our clients.

Position Overview:
The Lead Landscape Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing and supervising routine landscape maintenance, including mowing, pruning, mulching, weed control, and seasonal clean-ups. This role requires leadership, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of landscape care practices to maintain beautiful, healthy outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and assist with turf care, pruning, trimming, and planting.
• Apply mulch, fertilizers, and weed control treatments as needed.
• Lead a small crew, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to PCL’s standards.
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment, such as mowers and trimmers.
• Communicate with clients and team members to ensure maintenance schedules are followed.
• Identify and address landscape issues, such as pests, plant health concerns, and irrigation needs.

• Experience in landscape maintenance or a related field.
• Ability to lead and train crew members.
• Strong knowledge of turf care, plant health, and pruning techniques.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
