We’re looking for a dedicated Hardscape Construction Laborer to join our team and assist with the installation of patios, retaining walls, walkways, and other outdoor features.

Position Overview:
The Hardscape Construction Laborer will work alongside experienced team members to help construct durable and visually stunning outdoor spaces. This role involves site preparation, material handling, and assisting in the installation of hardscape elements such as pavers, stone, and concrete features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with hardscape installation, including patios, retaining walls, and walkways.
• Prepare job sites by clearing debris, leveling surfaces, and setting base materials.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision.
• Load, transport, and stage materials and supplies for projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site while following safety guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn on the job.
• Experience in construction, landscaping, or hardscaping is a plus but not required.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
