We are expanding fast—and we’re looking for a Construction Estimator who wants to play a major role in shaping our next chapter.

What You’ll Do
As our Lead Estimator, you’ll be at the center of the design-build process:
Client & Field Work
- Conduct in-person site visits and design consultations
- Translate client ideas into realistic, clear budgets
- Build trust and help clients move confidently toward their project goals
Estimating & Proposal Development
- Produce detailed takeoffs, cost analyses, and proposals for:
- Outdoor living spaces
- Remodels & additions
- ADUs
- Concrete patios, retaining walls, and hardscapes
- Design packages
- Coordinate subcontractor bids and pricing
- Ensure estimates are buildable, accurate, and aligned with design intent
Internal Collaboration
- Partner with the design team to refine drawings and align budgets
- Support the Project Manager on scopes, change orders, and material procurement
- Work within our CRM to manage your pipeline and communication
This is not a “sit behind a screen all day” estimating job—this is a hybrid estimating, client advisory, and early-stage project leadership role.
✅ What We’re Looking ForMust Have (Required)
- 5+ years residential construction estimating (new builds, remodels, additions)
- Strong experience with takeoffs, cost analysis, and subcontractor coordination
- Ability to close projects and build strong client relationships
- Familiarity with permitting & local codes (Whatcom/Skagit)
- Experience in a design-build environment
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, CAD, or similar design tools
- Proficiency with estimating/CRM platforms
