Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will be the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members. This role involves answering calls, scheduling appointments, managing communication, and providing general administrative support to ensure efficient workflow across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries professionally.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
