We identified and brought our concerns to the client and we redesigned the majority of the layout to be more functional and aesthetic.
In this project, we sought to create a haven of security and beauty, framed by a sturdy fence that embraces a vast, naturally splendid backyard. Our goal was to preserve the garden’s inherent charm while addressing the client’s desire for an expanded terrace. This new, generous patio now hosts an inviting barbecue area, perfect for grand gatherings, and a cozy fire pit that beckons for evenings of warmth and camaraderie. We also crafted a special space for a dog bath area, ensuring every family member, even the four-legged ones, has their place in this idyllic retreat.
Scope of work: Install boulder walls on both sides of the property. Extend the concrete seating area with matching exposed aggregate concrete. Install a 6’ privacy cedar picket fence around the perimeter of the property. Install a custom flagstone seating area.
