Customer relocated to a new home close to the new office and requested we transform the existing 15-acre villa into a proud personal Italian retreat.
The villa boasts a sprawling design, likely featuring multiple stories and a complex roofline. The exterior walls could be made of various materials like stone, stucco, or wood. Expansive windows with elegant frames grace the facade, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. A grand entrance, possibly with double doors or a portico, might be present at the front. Balconies or terraces could be incorporated on different levels, adding to the luxurious feel. The villa could be situated in a variety of settings, depending on the design. It might be nestled amidst lush greenery on a hillside, overlooking a sparkling ocean, or perched on a cliff with panoramic views.
